What Master Page for Android sends, when, and to whom. The short version: Master Page lays out your documents on your device. It needs no account, shows no advertising and contains no analytics or tracking. It connects to the network only for the features below, and only to our support server or to the AI provider you chose. A document leaves your device only when you save, export or share it yourself, or attach a picture of it to a message.
Last updated 30 October 2026 · applies to Master Page for Android (com.rf.masterpage), version 26.15 and later, installed from Google Play.
Every network connection the app can make, and what triggers it. Nothing else leaves your device.
| Feature | When | What is sent | To whom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Send Feedback | Only when you press Send | Your text, the pictures you attach and a technical context (below). Not the document | Our support server, appsupport-gajv.onrender.com (hosted on Render) |
| Report this answer | Only when you send the report | Your note, your prompt, the AI answer, the model name and the technical context | The same support server |
| Crash reports | At the next launch after a crash or after the app stopped responding, if the option is on (it is on by default) | The error, its stack trace or the system's trace of the threads, and a smaller technical context. No document content, nothing you typed | The same support server |
| Server availability check | When the feedback window opens | A plain request with no data | The same support server |
| AI Console with Gemini Nano | — | Nothing: it runs on the device | — |
| AI Console with your own key | Only when you send a request | Your prompt, what the assistant reads of the open document, the pictures you attach | Directly to the provider you chose (Anthropic or Google), never through our servers |
| Assistants on the device | When you ask an assistant to work with Master Page | Nothing from Master Page to the network | — |
| Online Help and links | When you open a help page or a link | Your browser opens the page | This website, or Google Play for other apps |
Help ▸ Send Feedback… and Window ▸ Feedback let you write to us. Nothing is sent until you press Send. The report goes over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our support server at appsupport-gajv.onrender.com, a service we run on Render (Render Services, Inc., USA). It contains:
The report carries no advertising ID, no Android ID and no account: the device model is the only label, so that several reports from the same device can be read together. If you are offline, the report waits in the app's private storage and is sent when there is a connection. When the feedback window opens, the app also sends a plain request with no data to wake the server.
Under every answer of the AI Console, Report this answer lets you tell us that an answer is wrong or inappropriate. The report contains your optional note, your prompt, the AI answer, the model name and the technical context described above. It is sent to the same support server, only when you send it.
If Master Page crashes or stops responding, it keeps a short report in its private storage and, at the next launch, sends it to the same support server: the type and cause of the error, the technical stack trace (or the system's description of a crash in the drawing engine, with the memory the app was using), and, when the app stopped responding, the first lines of the system's trace of the app's threads (names of classes and methods, no content). The report carries a smaller technical context: the app version, the Android version and the device manufacturer and model. It contains no document content and nothing you typed. Turn off Send diagnostic logs automatically in Edit ▸ Preferences… ▸ Debug and nothing is sent. If you share usage and diagnostics with Google, Google Play may also give us aggregate crash and performance statistics, under Google's privacy policy.
The AI Console (Window ▸ AI Console) is an optional assistant that can use Master Page's own commands on the open document. It talks to the network only when you send a request, and what happens depends on the engine chosen in Preferences ▸ AI:
Your keys are kept only on the device, encrypted with a key held in the Android Keystore that cannot be exported; clearing the key field in Preferences ▸ AI deletes it. Your conversations with the console are kept only on the device, in the app's private storage.
An assistant on your device can work with Master Page through Android app functions: it calls the same commands the AI Console uses, on the document that is open. Master Page opens no network port and runs no server for this. Allow external control in Preferences ▸ MCP Server decides whether those commands may change the document. What the assistant sends to its own provider is governed by the assistant's privacy policy, not by this one.
The app uses the Internet and network-state permissions only for the features above, and a permission to bring its own windows to the front. It does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos: files and pictures come from Android's pickers, only when you choose them.

Why we process it. Feedback, reported AI answers and crash reports are processed to answer you, fix bugs and improve the app: your consent when you press Send, and our legitimate interest in keeping the app working for crash reports, to which you can object by turning them off. Nothing is used for advertising or profiling, and nothing is sold.
How long we keep it. Reports are kept on our support server for as long as the issue they describe is open, and at most 12 months. What an AI provider retains is described in its own policy. Our hosting provider may keep the IP address of a request in its server logs under its own policy; we use it only to limit abuse.
Where. Our support server runs on Render (Render Services, Inc.) in the United States.
No usage tracking. Master Page collects no usage statistics: it does not count launches or the features you use, and contains no analytics or advertising library. If that ever changes, it will be said here before it ships.
Your rights. There is no account to delete. Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies, the EU GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to the processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority. Because reports carry no account, a request should mention the device model and the approximate date of the report so that we can find it.
Children. The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes. When the app gains or loses a network feature, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
