Vector Designer 26.16 for Windows is on the Windows page today, for x64 and for Windows on ARM, and it reaches existing copies through Help › Check for Updates. The same build is in certification at the Microsoft Store. It is a short release with one job: four more languages.
Twelve languages
Yesterday the interface learned eight languages. Today it speaks twelve: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Menus, palettes, dialogs, tool tips and the built-in help follow the language of your Windows, and Options › General › Language switches to any other one at once, no restart needed.
Windows names its languages in many ways, and the app now reads them all: Portuguese from Portugal gets the Brazilian translation, Chinese from Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao gets Traditional Chinese, and Chinese from China or Singapore gets Simplified Chinese. If your Windows speaks something else, the app stays in English and the list is one click away.

The Microsoft Store listing, the screenshots and the release notes are now in the same twelve languages, so the page you see before installing matches the app you get.
Coming from 26.14 or earlier?
Then you also get everything 26.15 brought yesterday: multiple artboards, the Shape Builder, Feather, gradient stops you drag on the canvas, a reordered toolbox and a round of fixes from your reports. Keep them coming through Help › Send Feedback: every report is read.
