Where Windows had to differ

Ctrl Y is Redo here, by Windows convention. On the Mac ⌘Y is Outline, so View › Outline has no chord on Windows — it is a live command, from the View menu. The app shows no shortcut beside it rather than promise one that would not fire.
Object › Arrange answers to Ctrl and the arrow keys, not to brackets: [ and ] sit in different places on European keyboards, and a chord bound to the US position would press the wrong key. The four menu items work as always.
The same rule leaves Hide Guides, Show Grid, Snap To Grid and Snap To Point without a chord: the commands are live, from the View menu.
On many laptops the F-row is multimedia by default, so F5…F8 may need Fn.

Not yet on Windows

The Mac reference lists these; this build does not answer to them yet. Nothing is hidden — every menu item is in its place, greyed, with its chord reserved.

Fill and stroke keys — X (swap), / (none) and D (default colours). Use the fill and stroke wells at the foot of the Toolbox.
Palette visibility — Tab and Shift Tab.
Greyed menu items — Close (Ctrl W), Average… (Ctrl Alt J), Tracking… (Ctrl Alt K), Pixel Preview (Ctrl Alt Y), Lock Guides, Keyboard Shortcuts… (Ctrl Alt Shift K), Vector Designer Help (F1), AI Console (F7) and Feedback (Ctrl Alt F).
Tools with no key — Eraser, Rounded Rectangle, Measure, Rotate, Scale, Reflect and Shear are in the Toolbox and work; the Mac gives them no letter either. Text Pencil and the Gradient tool are visible and greyed.
