The Feedback palette (⌥⌘F, the 💬 button, or Help ▸ Send Feedback…) is a chat: write what happened, paste or drop a screenshot or the file itself, and it reaches us with the details of your machine and version already filled in. If you are offline, the message waits in an outbox and goes out later.
If the app ever crashes, the next launch shows what happened, with the text ready to copy into a feedback message.
